The Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution is published thrice a year and is dedicated to providing a forum for scholarly research and theoretical writing in the field of dispute resolution. We invite article submissions on a wide range of subjects, including mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and the latest developments in conflict resolution.

Guidelines
- Citations should adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).
- While the Journal has no page restrictions, articles are typically about 30 pages.
- To be considered for publication, please submit two copies of your complete manuscript to the address below:

Electronic submissions
Electronic submissions must be submitted in Microsoft Word format and sent via email to the Editor-in-Chief at submissions@cojcr.org. Please provide a recent resume/CV with your electronic submission or mail us a hard copy.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return your manuscripts. In addition, the Journal reserves the right to keep the reasons for its publication decisions confidential.
